Essential Oils to Support Healthy Hormone Balance

For those of y’all who have heard the story of my journey back to health, you’re already a bit familiar with this oil blend…..

ENDOFLEX!

I've raved about the Endoflex since the first few weeks I tried it. It is KEY to keeping me above the line of wellness, and it's one of the only oils I use EVERY DAY, no matter what!

SO HOW CAN ENDOFLEX SUPPORT YOUR HORMONE HEALTH?

The blend got its name from the Endocrine System, which is the system in the body that controls our hormones. Let's look at the oils contained in this blend... Mentha spicata† (Spearmint) leaf extract, Sesamum indicum (Sesame) seed oil, Salvia officinalis† (Sage) oil, Pelargonium graveolens† (Geranium) flower oil, Myrtus communis† (Myrtle) oil, Chamomilla recutita† (Matricaria) flower oil, Myristica fragrans† (Nutmeg) kernel oil

  1. Spearmint supports your thyroid

  2. Sage supports female hormone production, as well as adrenal and pituitary function

  3. Geranium supports the adrenals

  4. Myrtle supports the ovaries and thyroid

  5. German Chamomile also supports female hormone balance

  6. Nutmeg supports the adrenals and the nervous system

WOW that really is a LOT of hormone support!

Here's the thing... when one part of the endocrine system gets out of whack it creates a domino effect that gets all the others out of whack too.

So if you've never tried using a blend of oils for OVERALL endocrine support I highly recommend you try that today. If you have Endoflex, rub some on the soles of your feet this morning (and how about tomorrow morning too!) and see how you feel over the next few hours. Repeat this for 30 days in a row, and let me know your results!

Our hormones are directly connected to our emotional balance as well. So that means this oil can work wonders for everyone in your family!

This is an attitude adjustment game changer for kids of ALL ages and adults too. How often do you think of your kids’ adrenal glands and yours? You know that they get taxed, right?

For our kids, it’s running themselves too hard and not napping or going to bed too late or staying up late and studying for an exam or eating crappy foods , etc. For adults, it’s being over stressed from work, taking on too much responsibility, providing emotional support for others. The list goes on.

All of these can tax our adrenals and deplete their reserves. And you can see it clear as day when our emotions get the best of us. Also our sleep can be negatively affected by stressed adrenals. So, YES, Endoflex is great to apply over the adrenals daily too!

It gives me so much peace of mind to know that I can take a few moments each day to support my hormones and emotions.

And any time I feel them in distress or becoming unbalanced, I just reach for the Endoflex again, rub in one or two drops, take a DEEP breath, to recenter and rebalance before moving on with my day.

What are your favorite ways to support you hormone balance? Share in the comments or shoot me an email. I’d love to hear all about it!
